Youth Athlete Performance
Strength & Speed - 1 day/week
If your athlete wants to get quicker and stronger to improve their sport(s) and prevent injuries - this is for you! Each week will focus on strength, agilities, plyometrics, injury prevention and conditioning. This group will meet on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 3:45 PM - 4:30 PM at our Tosa location. The session will run from September 9 - December 6. Sign up for one day per week for $220.
