Spring Strength & Speed
If your athlete wants to get quicker and stronger to improve their sport(s) and prevent injuries - this is for you! Each week will focus on strength, agilities, plyometrics, injury prevention and conditioning. This group will meet on Thursdays from 3:40 PM - 4:25 PM at our Tosa location. The session will run from April 17th to June 5th. Sign up for $160.
Private Strength & Speed
Looking to help your young athlete level up? Britt is offering personalized one-hour performance sessions for kids this summer — available individually or in private small groups. Whether the goal is to build strength, boost conditioning, sharpen agility, or increase quickness, Britt’s sessions are tailored to meet your athlete’s unique needs. Britt has available time slots on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-2pm and 2-3pm at Tosa. The total cost per hour is $75 for one to four athletes.
Summer Strength & Speed
If your athlete wants to get quicker and stronger to improve their sport(s) and prevent injuries - this is for you! Each week will focus on strength, agilities, plyometrics, injury prevention and conditioning. This group will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-3:45 PM at our Tosa location. The session will run from June 9th - August 29th. The cost is $200 for a ten pack or $400 for the full session.
