Class Schedule - Legacy Tosa

Adult fitness and youth classes are offered at multiple times throughout the day. Each class is typically 45 minutes long and designed by a certified trainer to provide a full body functional fitness workout.

  • Saturday: “AMRAPs”

  • Saturday/Sunday: Parties and Personal Training by appointment only

  • Classes will be canceled if nobody is signed up two hours before class time
