Hi! I’m Britt and I started Legacy Gym in 2016. I am a former D1 basketball player who worked in the corporate world and couldn’t find a gym that challenged me, fit my schedule, and was fun, so I started one. I took the best parts of all of my training and put them into 45-minute, always changing workouts that has attracted the BEST COMMUNITY! Legacy training has brought me to the TV show American Ninja Warrior and fitness competitions around the world like Hyrox and DEKA. My goal was to create a place for all ages and fitness levels to feel welcomed, challenged, and healthy.

I hadn't worked out in years and was super nervous to start again, but everyone was so friendly. The coaches offered modifications and their enthusiasm and energy really helped to get me through the workout!

I’ve always been a runner, but wanted to incorporate strength training and other cardio to the mix. Legacy has been the perfect place to go! My running times have improved and thanks to strength training, I haven’t dealt with any running injuries for awhile! (knock on wood!)
